The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, technical understanding of 2 wheelers, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their service requirements for 2 wheelers.
• Explain service procedures, estimates, and repair options to customers.
• Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely and quality service.
• Maintain records of service history and customer details.
• Upsell additional services or accessories as appropriate.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional advice and follow-up.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure effective resolution.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
• Keep updated with the latest technical knowledge of 2 wheelers and service procedures.
