Job Title: Supervisor / Back Office Executive

Location: Bhiwandi

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Supervisor to manage daily operations and support production flow in the Manufacturing Unit. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Computer (Excel), along with good organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in inventory and stock management (Most Important)
• Use Excel for reports, data management, and documentation
• Coordinate with team members and supervise daily workflow
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems
• Duties will also include Vehicle Loading, Unloading and necessary documentation.
• Maintaining Cleaning and Hygiene standards, taking follow up and documentation.
• Sample analysis and report documentation (Will be trained once joined).

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Computers is mandatory
• Should be polite and disciplined in all tasks. Should have good behavior with female workers.
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 1–2 years of experience will be preferred
