Social Media Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, campaign execution, audience engagement, and performance tracking, with a strong understanding of FMCG consumer behaviours.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily social media activities on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
• Plan and execute monthly social media calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, captions, and short videos
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams for content execution
• Monitor comments, messages, and reviews; respond to customer queries professionally
• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta, Instagram, etc.)
• Track performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Stay updated with FMCG trends, influencer marketing, and social media algorithms
• Collaborate with influencers and manage brand collaborations
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms & tools
• Basic understanding of digital marketing & paid ads
• Excellent content writing and communication skills
• Creative thinking with attention to detail
• Ability to analyze data and optimize content performance
• Time management and multitasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
• Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Retail brands preferred
• Knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics
• Experience in handling product-based brands
