Social Media Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing & Brand Manager / Social Media Coordinator who will be responsible for managing brand visibility, marketing campaigns, social media presence, influencer collaborations, and production coordination. The role involves planning and executing photoshoots, coordinating with agencies and stores, managing reports, and overseeing production teams to ensure timely and high-quality brand output across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Marketing Management

Plan and execute brand marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Ensure consistent brand communication across digital, in-store, and promotional channels.

Coordinate with internal teams to support product launches, campaigns, and seasonal promotions.

Monitor brand performance and suggest improvements for better visibility and engagement.

Photoshoots & Creative Coordination

Handle end-to-end coordination of product shoots, campaigns, and lifestyle shoots.

Liaise with external agencies, photographers, videographers, and creative partners.

Manage shoot planning, scheduling, props, products, and store coordination.

Ensure shoot outputs align with brand aesthetics and marketing objectives.

Social Media Management

Coordinate with agencies for social media content creation, posting, and performance tracking.

Assist in content planning, calendars, captions, and campaign execution.

Monitor engagement, trends, and platform performance to optimize reach.

Ensure brand tone and visual identity remain consistent across all platforms.

Influencer Marketing

Coordinate with influencers and creators for collaborations and brand promotions.

Communicate campaign briefs, product details, timelines, and deliverables.

Arrange and dispatch products for influencer campaigns.

Track influencer content, performance, and maintain collaboration records.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare regular marketing and social media performance reports.

Track campaign effectiveness, reach, engagement, and ROI.

Maintain records of shoots, influencer tie-ups, budgets, and vendor details.

Production & Operations Coordination

Coordinate with the production team for acrylic cutting, machine operations, and brand assets.

Plan production schedules and ensure timely execution of branding materials.

Supervise and manage production teams to ensure quality and efficiency.

Coordinate between stores, production units, and marketing teams for smooth execution.

Store & Internal Coordination

Work closely with store teams for in-store branding, promotions, and requirements.

Arrange materials, displays, and marketing assets for retail locations.

Ensure smooth communication between stores, production, and marketing departments.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong coordination and communication skills

Knowledge of marketing, branding, and social media platforms

Experience in handling agencies, influencers, and production teams

Strong reporting and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines

Creative thinking with operational execution mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field

2–5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or social media coordination

Experience in retail, FMCG, food, or lifestyle brands is a plus
