Job Title: Helper - 3D Printing Service Bureau

Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Helper at our 3D printing service bureau. The primary responsibilities of this role include sanding, cleaning parts, and packing materials. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Sanding: Perform sanding of 3D printed parts to ensure smooth surfaces and remove any imperfections.
2. Cleaning: Clean 3D printed parts using appropriate tools and techniques to remove support structures, residue, and debris.
3. Packing: Pack finished parts securely and appropriately for shipping or delivery to clients.
4. Quality Control: Assist in quality control processes by inspecting parts for defects and ensuring they meet established standards.
5. Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory levels of materials and supplies needed for sanding, cleaning, and packing operations.
6. Workspace Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe, including proper storage of tools and equipment.
7. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of orders.
8. Adherence to Procedures: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to ensure consistent quality and safety standards are met.
9. Flexibility: Be adaptable and willing to assist in other tasks or departments within the service bureau as needed.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent (10th or 12th grade pass).
2. Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required; training will be provided.
3. Basic understanding of 3D printing processes and materials is a plus.
4. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to detail.
5. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
6. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
8. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
9. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects if necessary.
