Job Title: Telecaller/Logistics Coordinator

Location: Mumbai -Bhiwandi

Experience: Both Freshers and Exp can apply  

Language Requirement: Must be fluent in Hindi and English

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for placement of commercial trucks for goods movement as per company/ client requirements.

Negotiate freight rates with truck owners to achieve cost-effective pricing.

Identify and engage with truck owners, and transporters to ensure timely truck availability.

Strong network of truck owners and transport brokers.

Maintain strong relationships with transporters and ensure smooth operations.

Track truck movement and ensure timely delivery.

Handle day-to-day operational issues related to trucks and drivers.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Good knowledge of truck routes, freight charges, and market trends.

Ability to handle pressure and meet placement deadlines.
