Telecaller Outbound

Core Responsibilities

• Fundraising & Donations: Conduct outbound calls to supporters and potential donors to seek contributions for various initiatives, such as Annadaan (food distribution), Gow Seva (cow protection), or specific temple construction projects.
• Spiritual Outreach & Invitations: Extend formal invitations to community members and devotees for spiritual events, festivals, workshops, and weekly classes organized by the temple.
• Pilgrimage & Tour Sales: Promote and manage bookings for pilgrimage tours organized by ISKCON-affiliated groups, explaining tour details and coordinating with prospective clients.

Essential Skills and Requirements

• Communication Proficiency: Fluency in English and regional languages (such as Hindi, Telugu, or Tamil) is typically required to communicate effectively with a diverse range of devotees and the public.
• Spiritual Knowledge: A willingness to continuously enhance your understanding of Hare Krishna teachings to better convey the organization's mission.
• Soft Skills: Must be patient, soft-spoken, and persuasive, particularly when dealing with senior citizens or complex queries.
• Technical Basics: Basic computer knowledge for data entry and experience with telecalling software is often preferred.
