b Description: Telecaller – Electronics & Water Purifier Service Process

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Joining: Immediate joiners only

Experience: 0–2 years (Telecalling/Service process preferred)

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers regarding electronics and water purifier service requirements.
• Handle inbound service-related inquiries and provide clear information.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the field service team.
• Maintain customer records, follow-up lists, and service updates.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication.
• Requirements:Good communication skills and a polite phone manner.
• Basic computer knowledge (data entry, CRM updating, call logs).
• Prior telecalling or service process experience preferred.
• Should be willing to join immediately.
