Job Title: Telecaller & Receptionist – FMCG & Beauty Products (RedSales)Location: Mankoli, Bhiwandi
Job Description:
RedSales is looking for a female Telecaller who will also handle front-desk responsibilities. The role includes B2B telecalling for FMCG, cosmetic, and salon products, attending incoming calls/visitors, explaining products, and converting leads into orders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience in telecalling (Cosmetic / Salon / FMCG background preferred)
- Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi
- Computer friendly with good knowledge of Excel & basic systems
- Presentable, well-spoken, and able to manage receptionist duties
