Telecalling Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and/or inbound calls, engaging with customers, promoting products or services, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services
• Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries professionally
• Generate leads and set up appointments or follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and sales goals
• Handle objections and complaints effectively
• Collaborate with team members and report to supervisors on performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or similar role (preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills in [insert language(s), e.g., English, Hindi, Marathi]
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Good listening skills and attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 12th pass
• Graduate in any field (preferred)
