Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month + Incentives

Work Schedule:

• Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Lunch Break: 45 minutes
• Paid Leave: 2 paid leaves per month (rotational basis)

Trying Period: 5 Days

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 (based on experience & performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell products/services
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions
• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Good verbal communication skills (Hindi and/or Marathi preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Prior experience in telesales or telecalling is a plus but not mandatory — freshers are welcome
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented
