Job Description
Hiring: Telesales Executive (Work From Office)
Company: Nidhi Decor Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Bhiwandi
Interview Location: Same as job location
Job Type: Target-based role
Job Responsibilities:
- Telecalling and telesales for inbound leads
- Handling B2B and B2C customers
- Closing sales and regular follow-ups
Salary and Incentives:
- Salary: ₹12,500 to ₹14,500 per month
- Training period: 5 days (salary starts after training)
- Incentives available with weekly payout
Working Hours:
- Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Lunch break: 45 minutes
- Tea break: 15 minutes
Weekly Off:
- 4 weekly offs (Every Sunday)
Candidate Requirements:
- Target-oriented mindset
- Good communication skills
- Prior telesales experience preferred; confident freshers may apply
