Job Description
- Conduct regular stock checking and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Arrange materials batch-wise and item-wise for easy access.
- Manage floor organization to support smooth daily dispatch operations.
- Assist in daily inward and outward material movement.
- Coordinate with transporters and follow up on LR and dispatch-related documents.
- Handle urgent dispatches and ensure timely completion.
- Prepare necessary documents such as Delivery Challans, Invoices, E-way Bills, and GRNs.
- Update all store transactions accurately in the ERP system.
- Learn and apply ERP processes.
- Serve as a backup for critical store activities as needed.
- Work with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth store operations.
