Salary: 20,000 to 30,000

Role Overview:

The Operations and Warehouse Executive will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory handling, smooth inward and outward movement of goods, and supporting TPIF’s premium gifting and packaging operations with efficiency and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inward and outward movement of materials, packaging items, and finished gift products.

Coordinate with accounts in maintaining accurate stock records and update inventory regularly.

Ensure proper storage, labelling, and organization of materials to avoid damage or loss.

Assist in packing, kitting, and dispatch of orders as per TPIF quality standards.

Coordinate with operations and admin teams for order priorities and dispatch schedules.

Perform regular stock checks and assist in inventory audits.

Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with SOPs.

Support loading/unloading activities and coordinate with delivery partners.

Report stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies promptly.

Skills & Competencies Basic knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.

Ability to handle physical work and manage materials carefully.

Attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.

Computer knowledge (ERP, Excel & inventory sheets preferred).

Team player with a responsible and disciplined work approach.

Eligibility: Minimum 1–3 years experience in warehouse or operations (preferred).

Experience in gifting, packaging, FMCG, or e-commerce is an added advantage.
