Warehouse Executive

Job description:

o Managing day to day Warehouse Operations for inbound, outbound, storage, Order Fulfillment, Stock

taking & reconciliation, etc.

o Understand the warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and perform the operations in

alignment with SOPs while delivering the best results at the same time.

o Ability to handle multiple types of products in different volumes.

o Co-ordinate with Customers and their clients to understand their requirements on Dispatch, Tracking

of Orders, Goods in transit, etc.

o Should have excellent knowledge of Warehouse Cost parameters related to Fixed and Variable Cost

and identify areas of Cost Control and Cost Optimization.

o Should be well versed with Transportation related activities.

o Should have good understanding of various Material Handling Equipment (MHEs) used in the

warehouse.

o Knowledge of Commercials i.e. GST, e-way bills, invoicing etc. as applicable for Warehousing

Operations is a must.

o Should be able to prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and update it regularly to the

management.

o Should have excellent knowledge of safety measures and create safe environment before starting the

work.

o Should be capable in getting all the required permissions and maintaining proper legality.

Requirements:

o Minimum Experience Required: 2-6 Years

o Preferably from the Import & Export industry

o Proficiency in English (oral and written)

o Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word

o Good organizational and multitasking abilities

o Problem-solving skills
