Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and goods
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stacking of materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP / stock registers
- Handle GRN, material issue, and dispatch documentation
- Coordinate with purchase, production, and logistics teams
- Prepare dispatches as per delivery schedules and packing standards
- Conduct periodic stock counts and physical verification
- Identify and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies
- Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and 5S practices
