Warehouse Positions (Supervisor & Worker)

Warehouse Supervisor (Full-Time)

• Lead daily warehouse operations (inbound, put-away, picking/packing, outbound, returns) to meet service level, accuracy, and productivity targets.
• Manage inventory control, including stock level and corrective actions to maintain high stock accuracy.
• Plan and allocate manpower, supervise team performance, and coach the team to ensure strong execution, discipline, and continuous capability improvement
• Ensure accurate WMS/ERP transactions and data integrity across all warehouse movements and adjustments.
• Perform operational tasks to cover manpower gaps, troubleshoot on-site issues, and resolve day-to-day warehouse problems promptly.

Warehouse worker (2 month short-term contract)

• Receiving, unpacking and inspecting incoming stock
• Accurately picking, packing and labeling outgoing orders
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Assisting with inventory management and cycle counts

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Proficient in the use of warehouse equipment and technology. Forklift license/certification is an advantage!
• For Supervisor level：Warehouse Supervisor 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/team-lead role.
