Job Description
Hiring: Plant/Process Operator – Biomass Pellet Line
Company: Jyoti Industries – Biomass Briquettes & Pellets
What you’ll do
- Operate pellet line: hammer mill, auto-feeder, conveyors, DFC-90 pellet mill.
- Maintain stable load, moisture 8–12%, and pellet quality/length.
- Basic maintenance: die/roller gap, belt/sieve change, greasing, cleaning magnets & cyclones.
- Clear chokes/jams safely; follow PPE, fire & dust safety, LOTO.
- Supervise bagging, weighing, stacking and keep shift logs (production/downtime).
Who can apply
- 10th/12th/ITI (Fitter/Electrician/Mechanical).
- 1–3 yrs in pellet/briquette/feed/wood processing preferred;.
