Salary: ₹17,165 (In Hand) / ₹21,231 (CTC) per month

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Day Shift Only)

Job Summary:

We are hiring motivated Diploma Engineering Trainees (DET) for our Production & Manufacturing Department located in Bhiwani, Haryana. The selected candidates will undergo structured on-the-job training to develop practical skills in production operations, equipment handling, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machines on the production floor under supervision.
• Ensure all operations comply with safety, quality, and process standards.
• Assist in preventive and routine maintenance activities.
• Record production data, shift reports, and process documentation accurately.
• Support process improvement, productivity, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Maintain 5S, housekeeping, and discipline on the shop floor.
• Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams for smooth workflow.

• Strong understanding of basic mechanical or electrical principles.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
