Location: Bhopal (After one week training the candidate will be posted at our Delhi and Hyderabad Operations)

Job Summary

We are looking for Billing Executives based in Bhopal who are open to work at our Delhi and Hyderabad warehouses. They will manage billing, accounting and inventory operations for our warehouse. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of billing, accounting, stock and documentation in MS Word and Excel along with ownership and good co-ordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable for assigned locations.
• Maintain records of transactions, receipts, and ledgers.
• Coordinate with other branch offices of the company billing/stock/inventory related queries.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Reconcile billing data with finance and operations departments.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly billing and financial reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and client data.
• Support audits and provide necessary documentation as required.

Requirements:

• Qualification: B.Com/M.Com / MBA in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in billing or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, and GST.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work remotely for multiple locations.
• Must be detail-oriented and organized.
