About the Role:

StudentInk is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Customer Success / Sales Manager who is passionate about digitizing education. This role involves building meaningful relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions while driving revenue through strategic solution selling.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with potential clients across the education sector.

Conduct product demos and presentations for stakeholders including principals, trustees, and management teams.

Understand client requirements and tailor solutions aligned with their workflow.

Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to negotiation and closure.

Maintain accurate reports of leads, demos, and closures using CRM tools.

Collaborate with implementation and support teams to ensure successful onboarding.

Drive renewals, upsell opportunities, and long-term customer engagement.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2–7 years experience in EdTech, SaaS, IT sales, BFSI institutional sales, or enterprise solutions.

Strong communication and influencing skills.

Aggressive, target-focused and self-driven approach toward sales.

Hands-on experience in demos, presentations, and stakeholder engagement.

Technically comfortable learning software workflows, CRM dashboards, and integrations.

Ability to travel for client visits and institutional presentations.
