We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Entry Operator / Computer Operator to manage and maintain business-critical data across multiple companies using our proprietary Software.

This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, fast learners, and comfortable working with enterprise systems that integrate HRM, CRM, POS, and other ERP modules.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

You will work exclusively within our platform to:

- 🔹 Input, update, and verify data across HRM, CRM, POS, and inventory modules

- 🔹 Maintain accurate employee records, customer databases, and transaction logs

- 🔹 Generate reports and assist in data audits for multiple client companies

- 🔹 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data consistency and compliance

- 🔹 Perform routine system checks and flag discrepancies for resolution

- 🔹 Support digital documentation and file management within the ERP system

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proficiency in computer operations and data entry

- Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with ERP is a strong advantage)

- Basic understanding of HR, CRM, or POS workflows

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to manage multiple company datasets simultaneously

- Good communication and time management skills
