Job Description
- End-to-end recruitment for assigned positions (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews).
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensuring timely closures.
- Managing interview coordination at branch office and follow-ups with candidates.
- Handling offers roll-outs, joining formalities, and maintaining candidate engagement.
- Preparing and maintaining daily/weekly hiring reports and dashboards.
- Representing the company in a professional manner during client visits or campus drives.
- Connect with newly hired PSF, Apprentice & FTC’s and explain them about the HR team, so they know whom to approach if they have any issues.
