About the Role

Ashvi Irrigation is a greenhouse construction company executing projects across multiple states in India. We are looking for an Operations Coordinator who will act as a single point of contact between management and ongoing project sites.

The candidator will coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

 Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate with site supervisors across different states

* Handle day-to-day operational communication

* Act as a single point of contact between management and site teams

* Track project progress and provide regular updates

* Follow up on materials, manpower, and site requirements

* Help resolve day-to-day operational issues

* Maintain project status reports

* Coordinate between procurement, accounts, and project teams

* Ensure timelines are followed

* Escalate serious issues to management when required

Required Skills

* Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)

* Strong coordination and follow-up ability

* Problem-solving mindset

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Basic knowledge of construction or project execution (preferred)

* Comfortable using phone, WhatsApp, Excel, or project tools

* Responsible and organized personality

 Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in construction / infrastructure / greenhouse projects

* Experience in multi-site coordination

* Basic technical understanding of project execution

* Experience in operations or project coordination role
