Job Title: Resident Medical Officer (RMO)
Location: The County Hospital and Research Centre
Department: ICU / NICU / HDU / OT / Emergency & Trauma
Job Responsibilities:
Provide in-house medical coverage across ICU, NICU, HDU, OT, General Ward, and Trauma/Emergency services
Monitor and manage admitted patients under consultant supervision
Handle emergency and trauma cases efficiently
Assist consultants during procedures and OT as required
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Ensure proper handover during shift changes
Follow hospital protocols, patient safety, and infection control guidelines
Eligibility:
BHMS / BAMS / BMS
Any other relevant medical qualification with hospital experience may apply
Basic knowledge of ICU, NICU, HDU, OT, General Medicine, and Trauma is preferred
Shift Details:
Rotational shifts (Day/Night)
Salary:
₹16,000 to ₹30,000 per month
Salary will be skill-based and experience-dependent
