Senior Accountant

This post is located in Chhatarpur mp , basically this is a home cleaning care chemical production unit.

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, and other statutory regulations.
• Handle bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and inter-company reconciliations.
• Supervise and guide junior accountants and accounting staff.
• Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost control measures.
• Support management in financial planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Implement and improve accounting systems, processes, and controls.
• Ensure timely filing of returns, balance sheet finalization, and preparation of P&L account.
