Job Summary

Weartech Engineer Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Officer for its AC Department to handle sales of Commercial Air Conditioning systems. The role involves business development, client handling, project-based sales, and coordination with technical and execution teams to deliver HVAC solutions to commercial and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for commercial AC products and HVAC solutions
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and institutional segments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, contractors, and end clients
• Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals and quotations
• Handle negotiations, finalize orders, and ensure timely closure of sales targets
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project execution teams for smooth project delivery
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM data
• Participate in tenders, meetings, site visits, and client presentations

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in commercial AC / HVAC sales
• Strong understanding of VRF, VRV, Chillers, AHUs, and ducted AC systems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Result-oriented with strong customer relationship management skills

Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field preferred
• MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage

Experience

• 1-5 years of relevant experience in commercial AC or HVAC sales
