Job Description:

We are looking for a Telecaller who can handle customer calls professionally and politely. The role involves calling customers, explaining our services, taking orders/leads, and maintaining basic call records.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound / Inbound calls handle karna

Customers ko service / product ke baare me clearly batana

Order confirmation & follow-up calls

Daily call report maintain karna

Simple WhatsApp / Excel entry (basic level)

Requirements:

Laptop mandatory (Good working condition)

Stable Internet connection

Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English a plus)

Basic computer knowledge

Positive attitude & convincing skills

Working Hours:

Fixed shift

Salary:

30,000/- to 40,000/-

Fixed Salary + Incentives

Salary based on performance & experience
