• Proactively follow up with leads provided by the company and convert them into successful admissions.
• Build strong and trust-based relationships with prospective students, supporting them throughout the enrollment process.
• Conduct detailed needs assessments to recommend the most suitable academic programs.
• Achieve revenue and admission targets by effectively converting leads.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, education advancements, and emerging career opportunities.
• Accurately maintain student data, leads, and admissions records in the CRM system.
