• 🎯 Key Responsibilities:Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career options, and academic programs
• Handle inquiries ( calls, and online leads) effectively
• Convert leads into admissions through proper follow-ups
• Maintain student records and update CRM regularly
• Explain course details, fee structure, and benefits clearly
• Coordinate with the academic and marketing team
• Achieve monthly admission targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents
• ✅ Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in counseling or education industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, presentable, and well-dressed personality
• Strong convincing and sales skills
• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
• Punctual, disciplined, and self-motivated
• 💼 Preferred Skills:Experience in EdTech or coaching institutes
• Fluency in Hindi & English
• Good problem-solving and listening skills
