Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Tally Accountant cum Office Assistant to manage day-to-day accounting tasks and provide administrative support in the office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally ERP (preferably Tally Prime), basic bookkeeping knowledge, and general office management skills.
Accounting Duties (Tally):
- Maintain day-to-day accounts using Tally ERP/Prime
- Record sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and journal entries
- Prepare GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
- Generate invoices, credit/debit notes, and maintain ledgers
- Assist in payroll calculations and documentation
Office Assistant Duties:
- Handle routine office administrative work (filing, data entry, document management)
- Answer phone calls and respond to basic client queries
- Manage courier, stationery, and inventory records
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Assist senior staff in basic documentation and reporting
