Job Description
Manage and oversee a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Lead end-to-end accounting operations, including financial reporting, compliance, and reconciliations
Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to clients and internal teams
Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, tax regulations, and company policies
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients
Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, ensuring team productivity and quality output
Prepare and present periodic reports, MIS, and performance analysis to management
