Job Title: Accounts & Operations Executive

💰 Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Based on Experience)

🏢 Work Mode: Office-Based

Job Responsibilities:

• Salary preparation and payroll data management
• Handling accounts-related work related to salaries
• Maintaining attendance records, salary sheets, and employee data
• Managing inventory and stock tracking
• Organizing and maintaining office documents, data, and materials
• Supporting routine administrative and day-to-day operational tasks

Mandatory Requirements:

• Prior experience in accounts work and salary/payroll preparation
• Hands-on knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to handle confidential financial and salary-related data
• Age - 21 to 35

Preferred Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Organized and disciplined approach to work
• Previous experience in administration, accounts, or inventory management is an added advantage
