Accountant

Krishikranti Organics is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting operations and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime, GST return filing, and Advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally / Tally Prime
• Handle purchase, sales, receipts, payments & journal entries
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
• GST reconciliation and ITC matching with GSTR-2B
• Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
• Maintain invoices, vouchers, bills & ledgers
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS & statutory requirements
• Assist in audits and documentation
• Prepare MIS reports using Advanced Excel

Required Skills

• Tally / Tally Prime
• GST return filing & compliance
• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
• Strong accounting fundamentals
• Accuracy, attention to detail & time management

Preferred (Added Advantage)

• Knowledge of TDS, Income Tax & ROC
• Inventory accounting experience
• Experience in trading / manufacturing industry
