Job Title: Digital Marketing and HR Executive

Location: BHOPAL

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Digital Marketing and HR Executive to join our growing team. This unique position combines the creativity and strategy of digital marketing with the people-centric focus of human resources. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, as well as supporting HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, and onboarding.

  • Key Responsibilities

:Digital Marketing:

  • Campaign Management: Design, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, and Google Ads.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and website copy.
  • SEO & SEM: Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to drive traffic and enhance brand visibility.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor digital marketing performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) and generate reports to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), grow followers, and engage with the online community.
  • Email Marketing: Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails.
  • Brand Awareness: Increase online visibility and strengthen the company's digital presence.


  • Human Resources:
  • Talent Acquisition: Assist in recruiting efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes.
  • Employee Engagement: Organize team-building activities, events, and initiatives to foster a positive company culture.
  • Onboarding & Training: Coordinate new employee orientation and training programs to ensure smooth integration and compliance.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, process payroll-related documents, and assist with benefits administration.
  • Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and HR-related legal compliance.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, address concerns, and provide support where needed.
  • Collaboration & Strategy:Work closely with the marketing and HR teams to align digital campaigns with company culture, values, and recruitment goals.
  • Assist in creating recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent through digital channels.
  • Monitor industry trends in both HR and digital marketing to suggest improvements to existing practices.
  • Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, content creation).
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or employee relations.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, social media, email marketing platforms).
  • Knowledge of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative and analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday, BambooHR, etc.) and marketing tools (Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva) are a plus.
