Job Description

Job Title : HR & Admin – Operations & Client Management


Role ObjectiveTo manage day-to-day business operations, ensure smooth client communication, handle HR & hiring, and bring structure to task and project management, so the founder can focus on growth and sales.


  • Key Responsibilities1. HR & HiringEnd-to-end hiring coordination (job posts, screening, interview scheduling)
  • Employee onboarding & documentation
  • Attendance, leave, and basic HR records
  • Enforcing HR policies, discipline, and work ethics
  • Handling team issues, follow-ups, and performance coordination
  • 2. Admin & OperationsManaging daily office operations
  • Maintaining records, files, invoices, and internal data
  • Coordinating with vendors, freelancers, and external partners
  • Ensuring smooth internal workflows and timelines
  • 3. Client Communication & CoordinationPrimary point of contact for clients (WhatsApp, Email, Calls)
  • Sharing updates, collecting requirements, and follow-ups
  • Coordinating between clients and internal team
  • Ensuring professional communication and timely responses
  • 4. Task & Project ManagementAssigning tasks to team members
  • Tracking daily, weekly, and monthly work
  • Ensuring deadlines are met
  • Maintaining project status reports
  • Using tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Trello, ClickUp, or similar
  • 5. Reporting & Founder SupportDaily work summary & updates
  • Flagging delays, issues, or risks early
  • Supporting the founder in decision-making with data & clarity
  • Required Skills & TraitsStrong communication (Hindi + basic English)
  • Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented
  • People-handling and coordination skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (Docs, Sheets, WhatsApp, Email)
  • Ability to take ownership and follow up relentlessly
  • Preferred BackgroundExperience in HR / Admin / Operations / Office Management
  • Experience in agency, service business, or startup is a plus
  • Freshers with strong responsibility mindset can also apply
