Job Description
Role Overview : We are looking for a high-energy, target-oriented professional who can manage end-to-end admissions and business development. The role involves B2C student counseling, B2B institutional tie-ups, corporate & college presentations, administrative coordination, and operational management. This position offers aggressive incentives on target completion with fast career growth.
- Key Responsibilities
- B2C – Student Admissions & Counseling, Convert leads through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and webinars
- Counsel students & parents on career paths, courses, and certifications
- Achieve monthly admission & revenue targets
- Ensure quality conversions and long-term student satisfaction
- B2B – Institutional & Corporate Tie-upsDevelop partnerships with colleges, corporates, training institutes, and franchises
- Conduct presentations, demos, and proposal meetings
- Close bulk enrollments, MOUs, and corporate training deals
- Manage relationship lifecycle with B2B partners
- Presentations & Business Pitching Deliver career seminars, orientation sessions, and franchise presentations
- Represent the organization at events, webinars, and expos
- Customize presentations as per audience (students / HR / management)
- Administration & Coordination Maintain CRM, admission data, follow-ups, and documentation
- Coordinate with academics, trainers, finance & marketing teams
- Handle batch planning, onboarding, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal processes
- Management & LeadershipSupport junior counselors and guide them on closures
- Track daily/weekly performance reports
- Suggest process improvements to increase conversions
- Act as a bridge between management and execution teams
- Eligibility & Skill Set
- Graduate / MBA (Sales, Marketing, HR preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills
- Experience in education sales, B2B partnerships, or corporate training
- Target-driven mindset with leadership potential
- Comfortable with CRM tools, Excel, and presentations
- Performance Metrics (KPIs)Monthly admission & revenue targets
