Job Responsibilities:

• Call leads and explain Trade Index courses in a clear and confident manner
• Guide students about stock market training programs
• Follow up with interested students for enrollment
• Maintain daily call records and update CRM/Excel sheet
• Build positive relationships with students and parents
• Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Female candidates only
• Fresher or minimum 6 months experience in telecalling / counseling / sales
• Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
• Confident, polite, and positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Computer
