Advertising Category Manager – Real Estate / Education / Retail

Role Overview:

We are hiring Category Heads – Advertising Sales to drive revenue across key business categories in Bhopal.

Each Category Head will own a specific segment such as:

·      Real Estate

·      Education

·      Healthcare

·      Retail & Local Businesses

·      Automobile

·      BFSI

Your role is to build deep relationships within your category and convert advertisers to Screenista’s digital platform.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Own and drive advertising revenue for assigned category

·      Identify and onboard new advertisers within your segment

·      Build strong relationships with local businesses and decision-makers

·      Convert existing print/radio advertisers to digital screen advertising

·      Ensure repeat business and long-term client retention

·      Work closely with City Manager to achieve overall revenue targets

·      Track pipeline, closures and collections

·      Provide category insights and competitor intelligence

Candidate Profile:

·      5–7 years of experience in advertising / media / sales

·      Experience in newspaper, radio, outdoor, or local ad sales preferred

·      Strong local market understanding in Bhopal

·      Existing network in at least one key category is a plus

·      Target-driven with strong closing ability

·      Energetic, street-smart and execution-focused
