Advertising Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a City Advertising Manager to lead advertising sales and revenue generation for Screenista in Bhopal.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in newspaper / print advertising sales who understands:

·      local advertiser ecosystem

·      agency relationships

·      retail and SME advertising

You will be responsible for building the city’s advertising revenue engine from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Drive advertising sales and revenue for Screenista screens across Bhopal

·      Onboard local advertisers, retailers, real estate players, education institutes, healthcare brands

·      Build and manage relationships with advertising agencies and media buyers

·      Convert traditional print advertisers to digital screen advertising

·      Ensure high utilisation of available ad inventory

·      Work closely with operations team for campaign execution

·      Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

·      Provide market feedback and pricing insights

Candidate Profile:

·      Minimum 8–12 years experience in advertising sales

·      Strong background in newspaper / print media sales (mandatory)

·      Existing relationships with local advertisers and agencies in Bhopal

·      Proven track record of achieving sales targets

·      Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable building from scratch

·      Strong negotiation and client handling skills

·      Basic understanding of digital or outdoor advertising is a plus
