Advertising Sales Executive (Field Sales)

Role Overview:

We are hiring Advertising Sales Executives to drive advertiser acquisition across Bhopal.

This is a field-intensive role where you will meet business owners, pitch advertising solutions, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Generate leads through field visits, cold calling and references

·      Meet local businesses, retailers, clinics, institutes, real estate agents

·      Pitch Screenista’s digital advertising solutions

·      Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets

·      Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution

·      Ensure timely payments and collections

·      Maintain daily activity and reporting

Candidate Profile:

·      3–5 years of experience in sales / advertising / field sales

·      Experience in newspaper / radio / outdoor / local ad sales preferred

·      Comfortable with field work and client meetings

·      Strong communication and convincing skills

·      Target-driven and self-motivated

·      Basic smartphone and WhatsApp usage required
