Architect

About the Role

We’re looking for an architect who enjoys problem-solving, understands real site constraints, and can convert ideas into workable drawings. Someone who can balance creativity with practicality and deliver work on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual layouts, floor plans, sections, elevations, and 3D views
• Create detailed working drawings suitable for execution on site
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams
• Visit project sites to understand conditions and give workable solutions
• Work closely with contractors and project managers during execution
• Ensure designs follow building codes, bye-laws, and project requirements
• Prepare BOQs, material specs, and presentation drawings when needed
• Review and revise drawings based on client and management feedback

Required Skills

• Strong command of AutoCAD
• Knowledge of SketchUp / Revit / Lumion (any one is fine)
• Good understanding of construction materials and methods
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently
• Clear communication and coordination skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• Minimum 2 years professional experience
