Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager for the Madhya Pradesh region. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

(This is a B2B field sales role. Our clients include government officials, government contractors, architects, universities, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential customers to generate leads and close sales.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrate product features and benefits.

Achieve sales targets and provide daily reports on activities and progress.

Gather customer feedback and share insights with the sales team for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Graduate from a reputed university in any stream.

Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in B2B sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Ability to travel frequently within the Madhya Pradesh region.
