Position Available: Service Manager 

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of customer service within the dealership, ensuring high standards of satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee Office Management Information Systems (MIS) to track service operations, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
• Prepare and submit timely reports on service activities, performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Efficiently handle all types of warranty and out-of-warranty claims, ensuring compliance with Ashok Leyland's guidelines and procedures.
• Lead and manage both office and field service teams, ensuring smooth coordination and optimal performance.
• Responsible for reporting to the dealership owner, providing updates on service operations, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive service management, preferably with Ashok Leyland or similar commercial vehicle brands.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and dealership management.
• Proficiency in MIS systems and report generation.
• Knowledge of warranty management processes and claim procedures.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues promptly.
