Assistant Accountant

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Assistant Accountant to support daily accounting operations and assist the Senior Accountant in compliance and reporting.

This is a hands-on execution role focused on accuracy, documentation and timely processing.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Pass daily accounting entries in Tally / accounting software

·      Maintain purchase, sales and expense records

·      Assist in GST data preparation and reconciliations

·      Support in TDS calculations and documentation

·      Maintain invoices, bills and financial records

·      Track vendor payments and follow-ups

·      Assist in bank reconciliations

·      Maintain proper filing and documentation

Candidate Profile:

·      2–3 years of experience in accounting

·      Working knowledge of Tally / accounting software

·      Basic understanding of GST and TDS

·      Good attention to detail and accuracy

·      Ability to follow processes and timelines

·      Preferably based in Bhopal

Preferred Qualification:

·      B.Com or equivalent

·      Experience in CA firm or SME is a plus
