Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily supervision of packaging activities and workforce.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timely dispatches.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, Stores & Management.
- Monitor manpower performance & shift planning.
- Maintain packaging records, weight data, wastage reports & daily MIS.
- Implement safety, hygiene & compliance protocols.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in packaging/production operations.
- Strong team handling skills & basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
