Job SummaryWe are looking for a US IT Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on experience with US recruitment processes, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Analyze job requirements and understand client needs
• Source candidates using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up till closure
• Negotiate rates, salaries, and onboarding details
• Maintain candidate pipeline and ATS updates
• Ensure compliance with US staffing norms and timelines
