Job Summary:The Automobile Service Advisor acts as the key liaison between customers and the service department. The role involves greeting customers, understanding their vehicle concerns, accurately recording service requirements, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory service experience.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet customers courteously and ascertain their service needs.
• Listen to customer descriptions of issues and determine the best service or repair solution.
• Prepare accurate job cards, cost estimates, and repair orders.
• Coordinate with the workshop team to prioritize and schedule service work.
• Communicate with customers about repair progress, additional recommendations, and completion times.
• Ensure all repairs and services are completed as per brand and safety standards.
• Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
