Back Office Cum Field Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a Back Office Assistant who can handle office-related work as well as support field activities when required. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, adaptable to different types of work, and responsible towards assigned duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle back office and administrative work on a daily basis
• Make calls to vendors and candidates for coordination and interview alignment
• Coordinate between the field team and office team to ensure smooth operations
• Support in scheduling interviews and follow-ups (training/support will be provided)
• Assist with basic documentation, data entry, and office records
• Visit the field when required for coordination or support work

Requirements:

• Basic to good computer knowledge (MS Office, calling, data handling)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt according to work requirements
• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined towards work
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Male candidates preferred

• Prior experience in back office, coordination, or admin work is a plus
