Backend Developer

Bharat Agrolink is a fast-growing agri-tech startup building technology-driven solutions for the agriculture ecosystem. We are looking for a skilled and responsible Backend Developer who can take ownership of backend tasks, write clean code, and deliver scalable solutions within defined timelines.

Role Overview

The Backend Developer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing server-side applications and APIs. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with PHP, Laravel, Node.js, codeigniter and databases, along with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to complete task-based work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, execute, and complete backend tasks as per assigned deadlines

2 . Build and maintain robust backend applications and APIs

3 . Write clean, efficient, scalable, and well-documented code

4 . Work extensively with PHP, Laravel, codeigniter and Node.js

5 . Design, manage, and optimize databases, including MySQL and MongoDB

6. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve backend issues independently

7. Ensure performance, security, and scalability of backend systems

8 . Follow best coding standards and development practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Strong knowledge of PHP with hands-on experience in Laravel and CodeIgniter frameworks.

2. Hands-on experience with Node.js for backend development

3 . Solid experience working with MySQL and MongoDB databases

4 . Excellent coding skills with a strong problem-solving mindset

5. Ability to work on task-based assignments and consistently meet deadlines

6. Good understanding of backend architecture and API development

7. Strong attention to clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices
